Villa Freesia is a welcoming villa designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. At the entrance there is an open-plan room consisting of a living area with a comfortable sofa and, separated by a vaulted arch, a large fully equipped kitchen. The rustic style of the house, with its laminar ceilings, the sinuous exposed beams and the intense colors of the terracotta, arouses a warm feeling of home. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a large double bedroom and one with two single beds.

Villetta Freesia is a charming property located in Baja Sardinia, on the renowned and luxurious Costa Smeralda. It is characterized by its refined rustic style that fits perfectly between the irregular shapes of the Gallura granite and the intense colors of the Mediterranean scrub. Villetta Freesia is the first of three terraced houses and with these it shares a large green garden with sea view, ideal for children to have fun or to spend pleasant moments of relaxation. Nightlife lovers, the renowned club "Phi Beach" with its breathtaking sunsets is only 2.6 km away, while the Ritual Club is 950 meters away, nestled among the ruins of a castle and with a fantastic sea view. The village of Porto Cervo with its suggestive Promenade du Port and its high fashion clubs is only 7 km away.
