Nida 18 is one of the best of our family apartment.
It is located in Cattolica, a small city closed to Rimini (Emilia Romagna Region).
Cattolica is the first city of Romagna, an area that for anyone means hospitality, cordiality and well-being.
Surrounded by the sea and green hills, it is the perfect place for families with small children but also for mountain bike or trail running lovers.
In fact, a few km from Cattolica rises Monte San Bartolo, an ideal place to immerse yourself among brooms, maritime pines, enjoy a breathtaking view from Cesenatico to Pesaro and admire the fishing boats returning after a long day of fishing.
Nida 18 is first floor three-room apartment located in Via Zara n. 18.
As soon as you open the entrance door you enter in a large living room, where you will find a comfortable double sofa bed and a big a 42" Smart TV and a small table with some wood toys for children.
The room, which can be easily used as a comfortably bedroom it is located in a separate space from the kitchen.
In the kitchen there is a 6 chairs table and is fully equipped with crockery, pots, cutlery, dishwasher, tablecloths and placemats.
From the kitchen you enter the sleeping area where you will find a bathroom with shower cubicle and two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one with two single beds.
In both bedrooms you will find a smart TV and exclusive access to the balcony which overlooks Via Zara, a very quiet street with little traffic as blind fund.
Finally, we specify that we accept animals with a supplement of Euro 150 per stay per animal.
Admission to the apartment must be previously authorized by the owner.
In the presence of more than 1 animal and for stays less than 7 nights, please contact us to agree the extra cleaning fee..
