About this space
My charming home is a mews house located in the popular Montpellier area of central Cheltenham.
Stylishly and tastefully decorated throughout, the property comfortably sleeps 4 with two good sized bedrooms, consisting of one king size and one double bed. There is also a sofa-bed on the mezzanine that can sleep a further 2 guests; please note this is available on request only so I can provide additional linen at a small charge:)
The space
Cheltenham is an enchanting Regency town that is rich in history and architecture and the apartment is located on the doorstep of the towns finest shops, restaurants, bars and parks.
Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, you will not be disappointed with the house's style and charm and location.
The property has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The interior of the property consists of an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, there's also access to the private garden, where you can enjoy the sunshine in the secluded patio garden, for alfresco dining or drinking!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, including breakfast bar, for a relaxing start to the day, or for cooking up an evening meal after a hard day sight-seeing!
The living room is bright and modern, it includes a large corner sofa to relax, SmartTV, Bang & Olufsen sound system and some of my favorite antique furnishings!
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and access to the private patio area, complete with outdoor furniture. The 2nd bedroom, with double bed is at the front of the property. All bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.
You can access the mezzanine area from the open plan living area, which has a dining area for 4. There is also the sofa-bed, giving guests another place to relax, or additional bed for 2 further guests (on request only)
There is free parking available for 1 car.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
No pets are allowed at the property.
Montpellier has a wide selection of local boutiques and restaurants & bars, which are around 5 minutes walk from the property.
Also within easy walking distance are the Imperial Gardens and Sandford Parks Lido. Pitville Park is 30 minutes walk away, which has a great children's play area and boating lake. The racecourse is only a ten min drive.
Your Coop Food, on Montpellier Street is the nearest supermarket and about a 6 minute walk.

There is on-premises free parking available for 1 car. Otherwise there is also paid parking on the streets around the property.
Trains
Cheltenham Spa train station is a 15min walk
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the apartment sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

The house is on a quiet street in the centre of Cheltenham, therefore many attractions are within walking distance. Otherwise there are plenty of buses and taxis available in the area.
