La tranquillità e la posizione: abbastanza vicina sia dal mare dal market e dal centro del paese.
Qualche difetto della casa che c'era già l'anno precedente...doccia con anta rotta e zanzarie mal funzionante.

Bellissima posizione e vista mare, immerso nel verde, supermercato vicinissimo e centro raggiungibile in venti minuti a piedi.
Mancava l' asciugacapelli, un cestino in bagno, sacchetti per la differenziata. Il piano cottura a induzione era difettoso, veramente difficile da usare.
