LVI retreat is nestled in the hills in northeastern Friuli in the Colli Orientali vineyard area in Sedilis, Tarcento. Surrounded by hills and mountains that descend into wooded valleys, the area is a favourite destination for hikers, cyclists, paragliders, motorcyclists and people who love nature. In addition, the area is renowned for its wine cellars and culinary specialities, which you can discover in the various restaurants, agritourisms, trattorias and bars.
LVI retreat is spread over two floors totalling 66sqm with an additional 19sqm balcony and a 45sqm roof terrace.
The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee station, dishwasher, table and chairs for four.
The living room is furnished with a 2-seater sofa, a chair, a footstool, a coffee table, a sofa table, a television, a wardrobe with extra blankets and pillows.
From the living room you exit onto the balcony equipped with a bistro table with four chairs and a beautiful view of the valley. The pool can also be accessed from the balcony through another sliding door. The pool is equipped with 2 seats, towels and towel rack, wall clock.
On the second floor are the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, 2 bedside tables, a clock, a mirror, a chaise longue and 2 chairs. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed with 2 bedside tables and 2 reading lamps, a desk, chair, mirror and sisal rug.
Between the two rooms is a walk-in wardrobe with extra blankets and pillows, an iron and ironing board, a hoover, a shoe-cleaning kit, chairs and a suitcase holder and mirror.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, washbasin with mirror, hairdryer, soap, towels, and clothes rack.
From the second floor you can reach the roof terrace through a motorised skylight. There you will find four lounge chairs, a decorative gas burner, a parasol and a trunk with all the outdoor cushions. The most beautiful thing you will find, however, is the breathtaking 360° view.

Guests must ensure that the roof access door is properly closed when they leave the flat to prevent damage caused by the weather inside the flat and to ensure their own safety and protection at all times.
