La casa è come descritta, spaziosa, con due balconi, di cui uno vista mare, completi di arredi da esterno. Nel complesso noi ci siamo trovati bene. Pessima esperienza, davanti alla palazzina e lungo le scale sporcizia e oggetti di ogni tipo accatastati ovunque. Dentro casa meglio ma odori sgradevoli dalla cucina e arredi datati.
