The living areas in this first-floor apartment consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with Smart TV, and a selection of books and games. There's also a double bedroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is a garden with lawn and furniture, and there is an allocated off-road parking space available. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, the beach in 1.3 miles, and Falmouth Harbour in 1.7 miles. For a romantic break to Cornwall, book Kimberley Park. Note: The apartment is accessed via stairs. Note: The garden is accessed via the side of the building and up some steps past the ground floor owner's patio, please take care. Note: This is an adult-only property. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10.30am.
Note: Gardener maintains the garden every 2 weeks on a Tuesday morning usually from 10am for a couple hours. He has direct access to the garden and won’t need to access the flat at all.Note: there will be scaffolding at the property between 13th - 17th of October 2025, due to external painting at the property. There will be no impact on parking, and the garden will still be accessible via the archway of the scaffolding
