Calahonda Beach II - ground floor apartment with direct access to the beach.
This spacious one-bedroom apartment with specular views across the Mediterranean Sea, offers everything you need for a relaxing get away to Southern Spain.
It is situated in the town of Calahonda, just a 15-minute car journey from the popular Spanish town of Marbella. The apartment is 60m2 and comprises of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen - living room and a private terrace. The kitchen is equipped with most of the standard appliances that you may require including an oven, small fridge, large fridge/freezer, kettle, children’s highchair etc. The kitchen leads into the cosy living-room, where you will find a comfortable sofa, fireplace and large widescreen television. The living room leads to the 20m2 private terrace where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea. From the terrace you also have direct access to the beautiful community gardens. The bedroom contains two single beds that can be positioned together to make a double bed depending on your preference.
The bedroom also offers plenty of storage with a built-in wardrobe, a free-standing wardrobe and a large chest of drawers.
From the bedroom you have access to a modern ensuite bathroom consisting of a large sink, toilet and shower. The apartment also has access to the large community swimming pool with children’s pool and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. If you enjoy a walk along the beach, the property grounds have direct access to the costal boardwalk from which you can enjoy a stroll along the coast to the town of La Cala de Mijas where you will find plenty of lovely Spanish restaurants and tapas bars. Alternatively, if you prefer something a little closer to home the closest restaurant is just a stone’s throw away from the property and there are several more restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. Street parking is available but not guaranteed, pets are not permitted. Malaga Costa-del-Sol airport can be reached by car in just under 30 minutes. The reason I returned to this delightful apartment is the location.
The grounds of this complex are beautifully maintained and a peaceful environment.
Being located right on the boardwalk, it’s easy walking distance to the variety of beach bars/restaurant's.
The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean.
