Rdc : chambre (1 lit 2 personnes), salle d'eau (douche à l'italienne avec WC). 1er étage : séjour-cuisine coin salon (1 canapé convertible 2 personnes). 3ème étage : mezzanine en sous-pente avec accès par une échelle de meunier (2 lits 1 personne). Terrasse + terrain. Surface totale au sol: 54m² parties mansardées comprises. Charmant chalet "grenier" à 1km des pistes. Coteau sud. Hameau résidentiel typique au coeur du Parc Naturel Régional de Chartreuse. Très bon confort. Chaleureux cachet montagnard. Ultra cosy. Beaucoup de charme. Agréable cadre naturel préservé.
