The Cilento is a good place for relaxing, but so is the villa’s private whirlpool. A bit more action and typically Italian atmosphere awaits you at the sandy beach of Casal Velino Marina ca. 800 m off. Now pack your suitcases and off you go!

MODERN WOHNEN AUF ZWEI ETAGEN
Die Villa Francesca Luisa erstreckt sich auf zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich der offen gestaltete und klimatisierte Wohn-/Essbereich mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küchenzeile, eines von drei Doppelschlafzimmern und eines von zwei Badezimmern.

Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad befinden sich im Obergeschoss des Hauses (Mansarde). Für eine 7. und 8. Person steht das Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich als Schlafgelegenheit zur Verfügung. Wir empfehlen daher, die Villa Francesca Luisa mit maximal 6 Erwachsenen zu belegen.

UMZÄUNTES GRUNDSTÜCK MIT WHIRLPOOL
Der ca. 300 qm umfassende, umzäunte Außenbereich der Villa ist teils terrassiert, teils begrünt. Die Terrasse, die rund um das Haus verläuft und vom Wohnbereich und vom Schlafzimmer im EG zugänglich ist, ist teils überdacht. Um den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen zu können, stehen Ihnen hier Terrassenmöbel und Sonnenschirm, ein Whirlpool und Liegen sowie ein Grill zur Verfügung.

Ihren PKW stellen Sie ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück ab.

LAGE IN CASAL VELINO MARINA
Aus cilentanischer Sicht ist Casal Velino kein touristischer "Hotspot" wie es Castellabate oder Acciaroli sind. Der Ort liegt jedoch strategisch günstig, um sowohl den nördlichen als auch den südlichen Teil des Nationalpark Cilento zu erkunden. Darüber hinaus bietet Casal Velino das ganze Jahr über eine gute Infrastruktur vor Ort, was Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie betrifft.

Im Sommer spielt sich das Leben rund um den Hafen mit Bootsverleih und die Sandstrände des Ortes ab. Diese können mit dem Auto (Parkmöglichkeit am Hafen) oder zu Fuß nach ca. 10 min erreicht werden. Die Villa Francesca Luisa selbst liegt in einem reinen Wohngebiet.

Unser Einkaufstipp: Unweit des Hauses in der Via Portarara befindet sich die Ölmühle der Familie Monzo – Azienda Agricola Pietrabianca. Die Familie verkauft hier in einem kleinen Shop neben erstklassigem cilentanischem Olivenöl auch andere Produkte aus eigener Produktion wie zum Bsp. Honig und eingelegte Artischocken.

MODERN LIVING ON TWO FLOORS
Villa Francesca Luisa covers two floors. The ground floor includes the open and air-conditioned living-dining area with well appointed kitchen unit (incl. oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), one of the three double bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms.

The other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are found on the attic floor. The sofa bed in the living area provides sleeping facility for a 7th and 8th person, which is the reason why we recommend occupancy of Villa Francesca Luisa with a maximum of 6 adults.
The holiday home also features WiFi, TV and washing machine.

FENCED PROPERTY WITH WHIRLPOOL
Villa Francesca Luisa's ca. 300 m², fenced outdoor area, where you find garden furniture, a sunshade, the whirlpool and loungers as well as a grill at your disposal, is partly terrace, partly garden. The terrace runs round the house, is partly roofed and accessible from the living area and the ground-floor bedroom.

Parking is available on the property.

LOCATION AT CASAL VELINO MARINA
From the ‘Cilentan’ point of view, Casal Velino is not a tourist "hotspot" like Castellabate or Acciaroli. The village is, however, conveniently located for discovery tours of both the northern and the southern part of the Cilento National Park. Casal Velino offers a good infrastructure and good shopping and gastronomic facilities year-round.

In summer, life takes place around the harbor with boat rental and the village’s sandy beaches. From Villa Francesca Luisa, which is located in a purely residential area, it takes you about 10 min. to walk there, but of course you can also go there by car (parking possible at the harbor).

Our shopping tip: Not far from the holiday home, in Via Portarara, lies family Monzo’s oil mill – Azienda Agricola Pietrabianca. The family runs a small shop there, where you can buy first-class Cilentan olive oil and other home-produced and home-made products, such as honey and pickled artichokes.
