This home has a kitchen/diner, a sitting room, two double bedrooms, and a ground-floor bathroom. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, and there is a Smart TV for entertainment. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, and roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 1.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Take to the East Sussex coastline at Star Cottage. Note: There are steep, narrow steps in the garden, unsuitable for those with limited mobility; please take care. Note: There is a £450 goodhousekeeping bond
