This magnificent detached villa is situated in a quiet urbanisation yet only 400m from the Cala Egos beach. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants just over 1km from the Marina. The property is set in extensive grounds with mature gardens with lawns and benefits from a covered alfresco dining area.
With 5 bedrooms spread across two floors and 4 bathrooms throughout, this villa is ideal for larger groups or families travelling together.
Important Information - Please note - entrance to the villa is via the first floor. For environmental and energy savings, this villa has time air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.

The front door has a width of 83cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 150cm wide. Villa advertised as 5 bedrooms. Note 5th bedroom is under a garage and smells strongly of petrol fumes and lack of use. We were unable to use the 5th bedroom. Bed linen and towels past their best. Stains on over covers to downstairs bedroom. Location fairly good but 400m plus to food shops. No shopp...

The villa is in a great location, it could do with a bit more work to keep it up to date. Things like the torn umbrella ,light hanging off in bathroom is not a lot but not a good first impression.

On the whole we had a very nice holiday. We have used Solmar villas several times before and been satisfied with the locations and usually value for money.
