Villa Tica is a beautiful newly built holiday home with air conditioning and private pool at Mont Ventoux.
This holiday home for 6 people is located in Malaucène (Vaucluse, Provence) in a luxurious and well-maintained residence. This holiday home with private heated pool (8x4m and 1.2m deep) and within walking distance of the town of Malaucène, is modern and comfortably furnished.
The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the bright dining room and living room.
These all give out onto the open terrace, garden and private pool.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (all with a double bed), the bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet.
The overall decoration is particularly tasteful and with beautiful, durable materials. The outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue is located under the beautiful covered terrace, where you can enjoy aperitifs and cosy dinners during the warm summer evenings.
You can enjoy the beautiful landscape and view of the swimming pool. The holiday home in the South of France overlooks a large park that is directly accessible from the garden with a gate.
Here you will find several sports grounds (basketball court, tennis court, running track, fitometer, skate camp, fishing pond, ...) and plenty of space to play or walk.
The neighbours from the same residence also have direct access, so it's a fun hotspot to get to know each other and not at all crowded.
A paradise for children. The location is ideal and you can walk to the cosy village of Malaucène with its nice terraces and restaurants and you can go there for all your shopping.
