Possibility of being able to book the Lily of the Valley and Rhododendron rooms to be able to fully use the upper floor. Reservation subject to availability. It is possible to use the laundry on request, prior notice.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests.

Other things to note

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Vicenza, equal to EUR 3,50, for the first 5 nights.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.


The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.

In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.


If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.

After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00

EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00

It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.
