With direct waterfront views and a unique location right on the Schlei fjord, "Schlei-Koje 1" at Pionierhafen Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation.
The 116 m² apartment features an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can unwind on the sofa in front of the smart TV.
Two of the three bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights.
One bedroom also has a flat-screen TV.
The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm each) and blackout curtains.
One of the two bathrooms features a hairdryer and a shower.
And the absolute highlight: a Finnish sauna! Here you can warm up and relax after long walks on the beach.
The second bathroom also has a shower.
On the terrace, you can relax and unwind in the beach chair on balmy evenings, or enjoy barbecues with the whole family thanks to the electric grill.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the house.
You can store your bicycles in the open, shared bicycle storage room.
A washing machine is available for shared use free of charge on the ground floor.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is sourced from geothermal energy.
Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring your own boat and moor it at a berth directly at the Pionierhafen (Pioneer Harbor) for a fee.

For bookings from January 30, 2026, onwards, the sauna's electricity consumption will be billed separately via a submeter at €0.40/kWh; all other utilities remain included.
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for construction workers, and we cannot accept bookings for this purpose.

With a view of the water, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast here in the mornings, featuring fresh rolls, croissants, and all the trimmings.
During the day, you can expect delicious coffee, homemade cakes, and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for lingering.
And as evening approaches, it's time for cocktails and cold drinks – refreshing, vibrant, and just the thing for a sundowner on the terrace.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. An viele Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht. Die Sauna rundet alles nochmal ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Schlei vor der Nase ab kein Zugang ins Wasser -Badequalität?

Den Gastgeber haben wir nicht kennen gelernt, die Abwicklung war jedoch gut.
Die Wohnung war für 6 Personen sehr gut dimensioniert, die Ausstattung hervorragend -
ein Highlight die Sauna .
In der Nähe befindet sich ein Vietnamese - das Essen dort ist Spitze !
Zu Fuss in die Innenstadt oder zum Hafen ... kein Problem.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubaugebiet mit tlw. noch ungepflegten Flächen, auch der Baulärm ist
manchmal störend .
Sehr schöne Familienwohnung - nur der Lärm der Baustelle störte

Es hat in der Wohnung alles funktioniert.Der Strandkorb,der Grill und der Sonnenschirm waren o.k.
Die Sauna hat sehr gut funktioniert.Ebenfalls die 2 Fernseher.
Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist sehr gut.
Der Rasen und die gesamte Anlage werden sehr gut gepflegt.
Die Informationen der Ferienhausverwaltung waren sehr gut.
Werktags der Lärm von der Nachbarbaustelle - beginnend ab 7 Uhr.
