The living areas in this home consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and three Smart TVs. There are two double bedrooms, both with Smart TVs, one with en-suite shower room and one with en-suite bathroom, along with a twin bedroom with en-suite shower, serviced by a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with seating and barbecue, along with ample off-road parking. Within 2.6 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent.
