Le Querce di Campocane is a beautifully restored historic country house.
Perched on the border between Tuscany and Lazio, it is located on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the pristine surrounding landscape.
From here, you can admire the majestic Amiata and Cetona mountains, the serene Elvella River, the picturesque village of San Casciano dei Bagni, and the Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve—creating a stunning natural panorama.
This idyllic retreat is ideally situated for day trips to renowned artistic and cultural destinations, including Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, Sorano, Pitigliano, Orvieto, the picturesque Lake Bolsena, and the rejuvenating thermal springs of San Casciano dei Bagni.
The house has been completely restored and divided into four apartments.
All the apartments are large and comfortable and have been very well furnished.
At guests' disposal: The swimming pool (13 x 8 mt; depth: 1,40 mt) is located only a few metres from the house.
Well equipped garden, barbecue, laundry room, ping pong and internet wi-fi connection available only in the garden in front of the apartments.

Distances: Bus in Centeno 2,5 km Acquapendente 11 km San Casciano dei Bagni 17 km - natural hot springs and spa Parking on the grounds of the property.
Access to the house is via a portion of unpaved road in good condition (2,5 km).
Please carefully check if there are any extra costs to be paid on site! Apartment spread across two floors (150 m2) Ground floor: lounge with fireplace and dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower.

Tolle Unterkunft mit fantastischer Aussicht, großer Pool, sehr nette Besitzerin

Das Grundstück ist sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Haus mit Spülmaschine gebucht, jedoch gibt es keine. Traunhaft. Nur die Zufahrt lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Aber wenn man mit einer großen Familie das ganze Gelände bucht, ist von wochenlanger Ruhe bis zur großen Mehrtages-Familien-Urlaubsfeier fast alles möglich. ;-)
