Bright apartment with balcony that can hosts up to 4 people, located in a prestigious renovated building and equipped with a driveway courtyard with green furniture and benches.
The flat is located in Porta Maggiore, the city's gate of honor which connects the center to the Via Emilia, and is adjacent to the Sant'Orsola hospital.
It is also a 10-minute walk from the two Towers, passing through the portico dei Servi, which makes it the perfect starting point for exploring the city. The 55 mq apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a lift (there is a ramp for disabled people in one of the two entrances of the building) and is made up as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - LIVING AREA with dining table, double sofa bed, desk, smart TV and split A/C - ROOM with double bed and wardrobe - BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower box - BALCONY. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, video intercom, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). Baby cot on request (for a fee). To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Bologna. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. It is a quiet, prestigious area, a short distance from the Giardini Regina Margherita park and the Church (and Theatre) of the Antoniano, and close to the Sant'Orsola / Malpighi Hospital, reachable on foot in a few minutes.
The atmosphere of the neighborhood is very lively and colourful, thanks to the typical red and orange buildings with porticoes, which are Bologna's main feature.
The center with its art masterpieces can be reached with a pleasant walk under the portico of via Mazzini.
As soon as you cross the ring road, the street becomes Strada Maggiore which, with its ancient porticoes, leads directly to the Two Towers.
Thanks to its proximity to the centre, but being just outside the city center and therefore outside the limited traffic area, the accommodation is in a perfect position for visiting the city and is always easily reachable by any means of transport.
