Fondachello is a classic seaside village, very popular in summer with both local and foreign tourists. All the necessary services are within walking distance. The beach offers both equipped areas and free areas. The location is strategic as it is possible to quickly reach all the interesting and tourist sites of Eastern Sicily. During the summer months it is possible to participate in the various parties and festivals organized in the neighboring villages. Saturday is the day of the local market, typical of the area, where it is possible to buy clothes, culinary specialties and much more at low prices.
The very bright building has an excellent southern exposure with a view of the sea and Etna Volcano. It is located on the Fondachello seafront about 40 meters from the beach. The apartment is located on the third floor. (There are no lifts). By accessing through an armored door you enter a common room and from this finally to the apartment. There is also the possibility of renting the adjoining apartment (same characteristics) with 6 beds (see Fondachello Beach House2). The structure was renovated in 2019 and was supplied with new furniture. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary equipment. It is equipped with air conditioning (heat pump) in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room kitchen. The laundry room, including the washing machine, are located in the common area but are for the exclusive use of the apartment.
#The toilet waste system is connected to an electric pump/macerator. It is strictly forbidden to throw anything other than toilet paper inside#
