Appliances consist of a Range, microwave, two fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, three Smart TVs, selection of books and games and a multi-games table. Outside there is a lawned garden, multiple patio areas with furniture, an enclosed courtyard with hot tub, secure bike storage, a children's play area, trampoline and indoor sauna, and off-road parking for six cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed downstairs only, but no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.
