44 Delamere Point is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for six guests and sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, and two twins, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed wraparound decking with furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile you will find a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a lake and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to Cheshire with a stay at 44 Delamere Point . Note: There are steps up to the entrance of the property.
