Chilton, a charming three-bedroom holiday home is nestled in Bude, Cornwall.
Located close to amenities and a beach, this pet-free abode is the perfect base for a Cornish getaway for families, groups of friends and couples alike, seeking a tranquil retreat.
After finding the off-road parking, take a moment to explore the enclosed garden before entering Chilton.
Inside, you'll find a welcoming and homely atmosphere, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay in comfort and style; be greeted with the homely atmosphere of the sitting room, the perfect spot for relaxing in front of the TV with loved ones, before heading to the kitchen, well-equipped for preparing and cooking meals before gathering around the dining room table.
If you prefer to soak up your surroundings a little while longer, head outside to the enclosed rear garden, complete with a lawn, patio, gravelled area and furniture for alfresco mealtimes or a spot of sunbathing in the summer months.
When sleep calls, take the stairs to the first floor, where you will discover three tastefully-decorated bedrooms, comprising of a king-size with TV for watching movies in bed, a double and a twin.
Freshen up after a day of adventures in either the family bathroom or the ground-floor wet room, ideal for winding down and completing your evening routine.

Chilton consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine, a utility with microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, a dining room with seating for six guests and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor wet room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, gravelled area and furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.7 miles you will find a shop, within 0.6 miles, a pub and within 0.7 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. Chilton is a lovely base from which to explore the delights of Cornwall.

The house was very clean comfortable and well equipped. In easy reach of the town centre ,beaches and other facilities. We stayed for a week and even though the weather wasn't that good ,( it was late October) there was plenty of games and jigsaws etc to keep us entertained and plenty to do if you have young children (which we didn't).

A very nice house overall and although in a quiet area still very convenient to both town and beach. We would mention that the beds were not the most comfortable and we found the sofas rather low but these are very minor constructive criticisms. Would still recommend the property.

Great property well equipped for a self catering holiday. Spacious area and garden so plenty of room if you wanted a day in the Property but within easy walking distance of the beach and the town centre for days out. The hosts communicated information well and ensured the house was well kitted out for all your holiday needs.
