The building is located at the end of a road with little traffic, with a small park adjacent to it, a short distance from the Lungosavena Park and the Bellaria hospital. The location is convenient both for visiting the historic centre, easily reachable by public transport in 30 minutes, and for those traveling for Work. The accommodation is also perfect for lovers of trekking and walking, as the Gessi park, Monte Calvo and Croara are not far away. All the essential services are within reach: bars, supermarkets and pharmacies are in fact within 600 metres.


- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment by bus line 11 with the final stop "Battaglia" 300 meters from the apartment.


- FROM THE AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service to the Central Station and then with bus line 11 from the "Sacro Cuore" stop (6 minutes walk from the station) to the "Battaglia" stop 300 meters from the 'apartment.


- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed) or paid on blue lines.
