Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.


Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.

In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.


Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

The "Lungarno" (Arno riverfront) is about 10 minutes on foot from the accommodation , while the city center can be reached by walking (less than 20 minutes) or by public transport (bus stops a 2 minute walk from the property). Pisa Central Station, a hub for all the main public transport lines to reach the main points of interest in the city, is about 25 minutes away on foot or 15 minutes by public transport.
