Detached villa, built on a 900m² plot, has a beautiful garden with a huge terrace with hammocks, 8x5 fenced pool and outdoor shower.
To the right of the pool is the outdoor area with a built-in BBQ and a petanque court.
The villa is located about 500m. from the sea, 700m. from the Calafat Marina and about 600m. from the sandy beach "La Almadrava".
The house (not including terraces) has an area of 62 m² and consists of three bedrooms with double beds, two of which have access to the pool area, a bathroom with shower, separate kitchen and living room-dining room from which leads to the covered front terrace.
It has kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, etc... gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Italian coffee maker and capsule coffee maker.
It has WIFI. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most famous coastlines in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation.
There are many fantastic beaches and small dreamy coves with turquoise and crystalline waters, most of them very quiet and some of them untouched.
A perfect place to walk on the GR-92 route, go for a bike ride, boat or kayak trip, or go scuba diving and discover the secrets that lie at the bottom of the Gulf of Sant Jordi.
