Large apartment of 130sqm located on the sixth and last floor from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the city of Pesaro of a building with elevator (10 steps to access), perfect for 4 people.
The accommodation is located at the gates of the old town and services (bars, restaurants, pharmacy); just 10 min walk from the sea.
Pesaro station is just 750 meters. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two terraces. Parking space on site! The 130 sqm apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift (10 steps to access). The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C, access to the terrace; - BEDROOM 2 with two single beds (joinable), desk with chair, wardrobe, split A/C, access to the terrace; - large living room with wooden table and chairs, TV, 2 split A/C, access to the terrace; - KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, terrace; - BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet and toilet; - BATHROOM 2 with washing machine and wc; - 2 TERRACES, one with table and chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: The piano is NOT usable. Air conditioning is provided ONLY via split A/C (two bedrooms, living room). The covered parking space is in the basement and is accessible by lift. ATTENTION, to access the parking space you need to do 4 steep steps. PLEASE NOTE: We report the presence of the video surveillance camera at the entrance to the apartment. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pesaro, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person.
Children under 14 are exempt. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pesaro Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22nd to 7 April Please note that check-ins beyond the indicated time go with the property and directly agree on a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00. The apartment is located just a 9-minute walk from the center of Pesaro and in the immediate vicinity are all the historic buildings, which can be easily visited on foot: the Olveriano Archaeological Museum, Palazzo Mosca, the Conservatory of Music and Casa Rossini, the National Museum and the Rossini Theatre.
The Palazzo Ducale and the central Piazza del Popolo are also very close, as are the beaches of Pesaro, reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot.
