Villa made up of 5 apartments in a building which originates from the 18th century, the apartments come rented as one single rental unit to a group of friends or family.
The property is found in the countryside in a quiet panoramic location and has a swimming pool which is for the private use of guests only.
The house is decorated in a comfortable and rustic Tuscan style.
The location is excellent as it is a short distance from the best that the Val d’Orcia, the crete senesi and Umbria have to offer.
The nearby town of Chiusi has a train station which allows guests to reach cities such as Siena, Florence and Rome. The surrounding territory has many museums dedicated to the Etruscans people, a civilisation who were attracted to this unique area for the fertile land which offered a means to cultivate and prosper. Access to the property is via a good condition dirt road (2.5km) Guests of Villa Sarteano will be able to enjoy discounts up to 20% at the spas of San Casciano dei Bagni (Fonteverde) and Chianciano Terme (Terme di Chianciano). Available to guests: large garden with beautiful private swimming pool reserved for the use of the guests of Villa Sarteano (12 x 6 m – minimum depth 1.2 m – maximum depth 2.4 m), outside shower (cold water) near the pool.

Distances: supermarket and access to the highway A1 and 4 km, Sarteano with a wide variety of shops - 5 km, Chiusi - 7 km, Chianciano Terme - 10 km, Montepulciano - 20 km, San Casciano dei Bagni - 20 km, Bagno Vignoni - 35 km, Pienza - 33 km, Cortona - 40 km, Montalcino - 40 km, Orvieto - 40 km, Perugia - 60 km, Siena - 80 km, Rome - 160 km. Super Urlaub mit 2 Familen. Unterkunft war super, vor allem der Privatpool mit jeder Mengen Liegen, also reichlich Platz für jedermann.
Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Wenn man ein Anliegen hatte wurde sich direkt gekümmert.
Ebenfalls auch sehr Haustierfreundlich.
Die Hunde konnten laufen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war super aufgeteilt, das beste ist natürlich der Privatpool. Jede Menge Platz.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben sich direkt gekümmert wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Sonstiges. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Właściciel był w stałym kontakcie i odpowiadał na nasze potrzeby, zapytania. Właściciel bardzo dobrze rozmawia po angielsku. Zadbany basen, codziennie czyszczony. Bardzo cicha okolica na uboczu, bliskość przyrody. Cała posiadłość to 5 apartamentów, co daje dużą swobod...
