Situated just 14 minutes from Sant Salvador beach and 30 minutes from Sitges beaches, this expansive mountain estate offers convenient access to El Vendrell's train station, only 4.2 km away, providing a one-hour train ride to Barcelona.
A Caprabo supermarket is located 1.5 km from the villa, with a bakery and pharmacy just 300m away, and the nearest restaurant within 4 km.
