Ysgubor Maen Y Bardd is a beautifutlly-presented, five-bedroom abode nestled in the idyllic village of Rowen near Conwy, North Wales.
This charming dwelling boasts original features throughout, a private patio with hot tub and stunning views across the Eryri National Park, making it an ideal base for couples, friends and families alike.
Step inside Ysgubor Maen Y Bardd and you will be met with a beautiful interior, full of original features that create an inviting and tranquil atmosphere.
The open-plan living space is the perfect place to gather with family and friends, with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, as well as an additional sitting room with woodburning stove, where you can kick-back and relax in front of the flames, or spend a night in watching a movie with a bowl of popcorn.
Outside, relax and admire the stunning views across the rolling countryside, sipping a refreshing beverage as conversation turns to your plans for the upcoming days; later on, indulge a tip in the hot tub and soak away the stresses of life.
When sleep calls, choose from five stunning bedrooms spread across the ground and first floor, comprising three king-size, each with their own en-suites, in addition to two doubles, serviced by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, a lovely spot to unwind after a long day.
Make the most of your time in the Welsh countryside, by exploring the nearby town of Llandudno, just a short distance away.
Stroll along the traditional Victorian pier that stretches out towards the Irish sea, sit back and relax in the sunshine at one of the many award-winning beaches or explore the bustling high streets for boutique shopping or a spot of lunch.
Further afield you can stop off at Betws-y-Coed, the gateway to Snowdonia, where you can take in the breathtaking views of the countryside, and delve into the history of the area with a visit to the Conwy Valley Railway Museum or explore St. Michael’s Church.

Ysgubor Maen Y Bardd consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for ten guests and a sitting area, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a ground-floor double with en-suite access to Jack-and-Jill bathroom, a ground-floor king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size with en-suite shower room and a ground-floor double, serviced by a ground-floor Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and hot tub, and parking is available. Within 4.2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ysgubor Maen Y Bardd is a fabulous base for your next getaway to North Wales. Note: Track leading to the property is quite rough, please take care. Note: Strictly no stag/hen parties. Loved our stay!! Cottage stunning, views gorgeous, didn’t want to leave would have moved in permanent. Owners very helpful and answered any queries quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
