TRAIN STATION: take bus no. 13 to the Via Betti stop, in front of the house. Travel time: 15 minutes.


BOLOGNA MARCONI AIRPORT: take the shuttle to the Bologna Centrale stop, then continue by train to Parma station and take bus no. 13 to the Via Betti stop, in front of the house. Travel time: approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes.


IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: we are outside the ZTL (limited traffic area).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.

The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.

If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00

- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00

- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
