This lovely Townhouse has been completely renovated with a new kitchen and bathrooms.

The entrance level hosts the open-plan living/kitchen area with a breakfast bar.

From here you have direct access to the lovely communal areas with grassed areas and a very big swimming pool.
Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms.
The Master has an ensuite bathroom with rain shower, a TV, and a small balcony.
The second bedroom is a twin room.
The 3rd bedroom has a single bed and a desk – perfect for remote working! These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom (with shower).
On the top level is the fabulous roof terrace that features a covered outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, sink and dishwasher.
There is a high table and chairs where you can enjoy alfresco dining overlooking the lovely communal grounds.
Around the corner there is an outdoor shower, sunbeds and a further seating area.
There is on-street parking (with 24/7 security) and aircon and wifi throughout.
Casa Guadalvillas is in a secure gated urbanization, 200 m from the beach and restaurants, and a 15 minute walk to the San Pedro Boulevard with its bars, restaurants and playgrounds, and supermarkets.
San Pedro has a charming Old Town with a bustling evening vibe.
The location of Casa Guadalvillas is ideal for families, small groups and golfers with the beach, bars, restaurants and entertainment, and golf courses all within 1 kilometre.
A 5 minute drive will get you to Puerto Banús, and in 10/15 minutes you could be in Estepona or Marbella.
