- No parties/gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests. If there are any reports of a party, all guests will be removed without a refund
- Smoking is only permitted on the balcony
- If any extra guests are requested after booking, they will be charged a fee

2. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum after 11pm.

3. As this is a self-check-in property, by booking this property you agree that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you have been sent prior to your stay.

4. You understand that you are responsible for any damages caused by you or any other guest under your booking during your stay and you will be charged.

5. Please treat my apartment as if it were your own and make sure you lock all the windows and doors when leaving.

6. Please be respectful when using the rooftop garden as this is a communal area and there are also apartments on that floor, so please keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
