L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione dell'annuncio. Il condominio si trova su una strada molto trafficata e rumorosa, però la camera da letto è affacciata sul lato posteriore dell'edificio ed è riparata dal traffico. I locali sono privi di aria condizionata, risultano comunque vivibili, anche in questi giorni di gran caldo.

Un appartamento eccellente in una posizione comoda vicino alla stazione centrale – ideale anche se non si ha l'auto – e c'è un Aldi nelle vicinanze.
