3.5 room flat, 90 sqm, (3 double beds) in a residence built in 2012 with lift and underground parking space, very beautiful and quiet location on the edge of the forest near the mountain railways. The flat is tastefully furnished in a modern and high-quality style. Open kitchen with electric cooker, oven, steam extractor, fridge with large freezer compartment and dishwasher. Dining table with 4 chairs. Living room with upholstered suite, club table, TV and internet. Bedroom with double bed and large built-in wardrobe and bathroom with washbasin, toilet and bath. 2nd bedroom with bunk beds, each sleeping 140x200. 2nd bathroom with washbasin and large shower. Sitting area facing south. In the cellar there is a washing machine and the possibility to hang up the laundry. Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the final price (no towels / kitchen towels).
Conditions/extras
On request: bath towels/kitchen towels (CHF 5.50/set) and cot (CHF 50.00). These additional costs will be charged separately on arrival. Check-in: 15.00 - 17.00 / Check-out: 09.30.
