CASA ROSA HOLIDAY HOME IN BENITACHELL

This holiday home is centrally located in the quiet villa neighborhood Les Fonts, between the seaside resorts of Moraira and Javea, with a distant view of the picturesque Spanish village Benitachell. In this village, you'll find a bakery, restaurant, and supermarket. The villa with private swimming pool is approximately 15 car minutes from various beaches and the beautiful bay of Cala Moraig. Behind the villa, you can walk into a beautiful nature area, and for golf enthusiasts, the Javea golf course is located 5 car minutes from the holiday home. A lovely spot for a successful holiday under the Spanish sun!


LAYOUT CASA ROSA

Through the hall, you enter a spacious corridor, equipped with air conditioning, with the kitchen on the right, including a fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, oven, 3-burner stove, electric kettle, and citrus juicer. There is a utility room with a washing machine and an extra freezer. The living room has a spacious seating area and satellite TV (NL channels). There are window screens and air conditioning (living room) present. Through the semi-open space, you enter the dining room with a large modern dining table and French doors with a view of the private swimming pool, WiFi is available. Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200). Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200) The bathroom was completely renovated in 2025, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Additionally, a separate toilet has been added, so there are now 2 in the house. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan.


OUTSIDE AT CASA ROSA

Through a staircase you reach the terrace with a private swimming pool. There is a half-enclosed covered area with a large dining table where you can enjoy long meals. In the summer, this is a pleasant shaded spot. Around the spacious private swimming pool are sun loungers, deck chairs, a table with 4 chairs, and parasols. The parking area, which can be closed with an iron gate, offers space for 2 cars. The villa is favorably located in terms of sun, with a spot in the garden to enjoy it throughout the day.

Special Features

- In July and August, we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday with a minimum stay of 7 nights.

- In the other months, arrival and departure are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking must connect to previous/next bookings, or otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.

- We recommend renting a car at this destination.


INCLUSIVE

- Electricity: 125 kWh per week is included.

Security deposit

A deposit of €350,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.

To manage the settlement of the deposit in a smooth manner, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialized in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well in advance of arrival. Deduction only occurs in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.


VRBO

If you book via the VRBO portal, the following costs still need to be paid in cash on the spot. These costs are not yet included in the rental amount: Final cleaning including towels, kitchen linen and all beds made: € 225


WINTER RENTAL

Winter rental maximum 2 weeks in the period from November to March

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival.
