The 85 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift: you need to climb a flight of 12 steps to access it.

There are also 2 steps inside the accommodation and 6 steps to access the garden.

Perugia is the capital of Umbria and a city famous for places of interest such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous in Italy), the Palazzo dei Priori, the Sala Notari, the National Gallery and Rocca Paolina ( and its basements). Unmissable, if you are passing through this beautiful region, is a visit to Assisi and the Basilica of the same name, the medieval town of Gubbio and the characteristic Todi, the municipality of Montefalco renowned for its vineyards and the city of Foligno (renowned for its its historical re-enactments and for the Quintana carousel).

The apartment is located in the historic center (ZTL), where there are clubs and delicious restaurants. From here, you can reach all points of interest in a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The area is also equipped with every essential service for a comfortable stay: within 400 meters you can find bars, supermarkets and pharmacies.


-From the Umbria-Perugia "San Francesco d'Assisi" international airport it is possible to reach the apartment via bus line Q, with the final stop "V.XIV Settembre MM" 650 meters from the accommodation.


-From Perugia Fontivegge station: you can reach the accommodation thanks to the TS/G/R bus line from the Fontivegge stop to the "Via Luigi Masi" stop, 100 meters from the apartment.


- If you travel by car, pay attention to the ZTL. You can only enter the historic center by electric car, or from 1pm to 12am from Monday to Friday, and from 7am to 12am on weekends. It is possible to park for a fee at the "Saba Piazza Partigiani" car park in Via Baldassarre Orsini, (7 min walk from the accommodation) or at the Saba Ripa di Meana car park, in Via Tancredi Ripa di Meana (10 min walk) .
