Apartment located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for the disabled). To access it you have to go up a flight of stairs.
In 60 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 5 people, with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The property enjoys a privileged position in Lido degli Estensi, a few steps from the beach and Viale Carducci.
Possibility to park for free along the road or for a fee on the blue lines along the sea
The space
LIVING AREA: kitchen equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave oven, various kitchen utensils and double sofa bed, TV and split A/C.
BEDROOM I: double bed, TV, wardrobe and split A/C.
BEDROOM II: French bed and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: third split of the A/C in the corridor, and iron and ironing board are included.
Unlimited wifi. A balcony with sea view and a second balcony with sea and pine forest view.
Outdoor table with two chairs. Pets allowed on request upon payment of 40 euros per stay for thorough cleaning. PAY ATTENTION: due to the market on Thursday it is NOT possible to reach the apartment by car as the street is blocked.
It is NOT possible to park the car along the road for the same reasons. (From 15.00 to 23.30). PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests. Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out. Guest access NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment. You will be contacted THE DAY BEFORE arrival by our on-site team, who, will provide you with more details about your check in. The apartment is for the exclusive use of the Guests. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. For art and culture lovers, it is possible to visit the historic centreof Comacchio, which is considered the "little Venice" for its choreographic intertwining of canals, and the ancient Pomposa Abbey (in Codigoro), founded between the 6th and 7th centuries and known for its architectural beauty. Piccolissimo appartamento, abbastanza nuovo, pulito e ubicato in posizione strategica per visitare il delta del Po. Cucina con pentolame al minimo indispensabile. Dimensione giusta per 3 persone: 2 nel letto matrimoniale e 1 nella cameretta. Si trova proprio davanti alle spiagge, quindi è ok per chi lo affitta per andare al mare. Complessivamente lo consigliamo.
