Cozy apartment of 70sqm located on the second floor of an old building without elevator (NOT suitable for disabled people). The accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to four people and is located in the district of Zaragoza (ZTL), characherised by arcaded streets and ancient buildings. We are located a few steps from Piazza Maggiore, one of the most enchanting squares in Italy and the central pedestrian area, lined with typical restaurants, trattorias and shopping streets.


The interior space

The 70 sqm accommodation is located on the second floor of a building with high steps and is composed as follows

- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and toaster;

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, sofa, split A/C and TV;

- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet and shower.


There is a low step that separates the living area from the kitchen.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, independent heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Baby cot on request (for a fee).


PLEASE NOTE: the accommodation is located in the ZTL area and access is allowed only with the payment of a daily ticket.

Description of the area

We are located in the Zaragoza district, so called, in all probability because of the presence of students from the famous Spanish city, who came to the city to follow the lessons of the University that was being built in those years. The whole area surrounding Via Nosadella is rich of attractions: from the seat of the Collegio di Spagna, to the sixteenth-century Palazzo Albergati (now home to important international exhibitions), to the monastic complex of San Francesco, together with the historic buildings Maremonti and Sassolini de' Bianchi in Via Barberie and going further up to San Luca and its hills.
