This fabulous apartment is located in a Mill conversion which was completed in December 2023. Some exterior works are still being carried so there might be potential for noise during weekdays as the work is being carried out between 8am-6pm.

Wonderfully located to M60 Junction 2, and Stockport Town centre with Tesco Extra opposite the building.

*Mid-stay cleans/linen can be arranged on request for an additional charge
* No parties will be tolerated - and extra £250 fee will apply should any HOUSE RULES be broken
The Property is managed by Pass the Keys® South Manchester
- Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards
- Check-out time is before 11am on day of departure. Unauthorised late check-outs will be charged at £50
- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
- Lost property will be charged posting and packaging of each item
- My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remotely accessed with the benefit of having 24/7 Guest Support
- Only guests who have paid are permitted to stay. Please do not invite guests who are not authorised to stay.
- This is a residential area, please be respectful to the neighbours and do not play loud music after 11pm. If the purpose of your stay is to party all hours, then this place is not for you.
