To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venezia. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The location of the apartment is convenient for visiting Venice, Treviso, Mestre and the surrounding area. The bus stop n.4 is located a few minutes walk from the apartment and in about 15 minutes you can reach the city of Venice. There are paid parking spaces on the street. Easily reachable from the airports of Venice, Treviso and from Mestre station and from the motorway.

Getting around

SANTA LUCIA TRAIN STATION: bus n.4 to the Corso del Popolo Milano stop. Journey time: 20 minutes.


VENICE MARCO POLO AIRPORT: bus n. 15 to the Corso del Popolo Milano stop. Journey time: 30 minutes.
