This beautiful 16-person group accommodation is located in the picturesque town of Arcen in the north of Limburg. This attractive group accommodation is a reflection of luxury. The house is detached and despite the fact that the house is next to the 16 to 18 person group accommodation, you will experience sufficient privacy. The holiday home is cosy, attractive and child-friendly, well insulated and equipped with underfloor heating and airconditioning (in the living room). The owners attach great importance to your safety and the fire safety provisions are therefore fully in order. The accommodation is all on one level and has wide doors and low thresholds, making the accommodation very accessible for the disabled. During your stay you can make use of two cots, two high chairs, shower stools and/or extra handles on request.
The group accommodation has a hall with a cupboard and a wardrobe. In the spacious living and dining room you will find a smart TV, Blu-Ray player and airconditioning. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, a 5-burner gas stove with oven, a large refrigerator, filter coffee maker and a microwave. The accommodation has four double bedrooms, two of which are suitable for disabled visitors, each with its own washbasin, toilet and shower. There are two quadruple bedrooms with bunk beds (70x190) and their own washbasin. There is also a separate sanitary room and a separate toilet for shared use. Outside you can enjoy the spacious terraces and under the patio cover of 6m x 4m. The driveway, terraces and paths are all paved and your car can be parked at the rear of the accommodation or in the car park at the front. There is also a shared recreation room on the site where table tennis, table football, four in a row and darts can be played. The garage includes a go-kart, scooters and ride-on cars. Outside you will find a large playing field with playground equipment and a large trampoline. A swimming pool can be found in the owner's private garden. The swimming pool can be used in the summer months, in consultation, for a maximum of one hour a day.
Fully adapted for the disabled:
The accommodation is fully equipped with 90cm wide doors and completely barrier-free, with the exception of the outside doors where a small threshold is necessary. The exterior doors are also escape doors. For this reason, the exterior doors are fitted with a lock, which you can use to close the door, but where you can always go outside from the inside. All areas have tile floors, with the tiles in the bathrooms being extra stiff to prevent falls.
The central corridor is 130cm wide. There are two double rooms in the accommodation, each with a private bathroom, which are extra wide (150cm), especially for the disabled. These bathrooms are equipped with height-adjustable toilet rails (on one side of the toilet), handles that can be freely placed and two shower stools are available on request. The bathrooms are not spacious enough for a shower stretcher.
The beds can be placed separately from each other, so that there is also sufficient “rolling space” in the bedroom. The beds are equipped with a mattress protector, a molton and of course a duvet and a pillow.
Particularities
• Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed.
• The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years.
• If your departure day is on a Sunday, you can check out till 20:00
• Seniors' discount: for every staying person aged 55 or over, you will receive a discount of EUR 2 per night for a weekend or midweek stay. If you wish to qualify for this, please indicate this in the comments during booking. You can also indicate the number of persons concerned. This discount can only be applied after receiving your invoice.
• During your holiday you can use one of the gas barbecues (EUR 15 per use), washing machine (EUR 3.50 per use) and dryer (EUR 3.50 per use). You can arrange and pay for this on site.
• If you bring a pet, you must comply with the rules on site. The use of a crate is compulsory.
• Organising student, bachelor or drinking parties is not allowed in this accommodation. The venue is also not suitable for groups causing noise pollution.

Cycle or walk through forests, shifting dunes and Maas villages or along the stream valleys and beautiful Maas banks. Need a break? In the center of Arcen you can enjoy a refreshing drink, lunch or an extensive dinner on many terraces. Come to War Museum Overloon, but also the castle gardens in Arcen are absolutely worth a visit. In these beautiful gardens you will find many different flowers and plants. In addition, you can also visit the castle. You can visit several beautiful towns and villages in the area such as Venlo, Venray and Lottum and even several German cities are just a stone's throw away.

Prettige verblijfsruimte, goede slaapkamers en sanitair, en leuke extra's zoals een binnenspeelruimte en een grote buitenspeelruimte met allerlei speeltoestellen.
De woonkamer en slaapkamers vonden wij te warm. Dat kon je helaas niet zelf instellen.

Het is een heerlijk huis, keuken is van alles voor zien. Airco gelukkig aanwezig, was hard nodig. Heerlijk met gras om het huis heen. Perfect met kinderen. Overkapping erg blij mee. Elke slaapkamer met douche en wc. Matrassen kraken wel erg. Je hoeft echt niet weg, er is genoeg speelgoed en toestellen. Ga er zó weer naar toe.
