Located near the waterways of the Lauwersmeer but also near the seaport of Lauwersoog, this holiday home is the perfect base for lovers of water sports. The surroundings are great for hiking, cycling, swimming and boating. Take a day trip to the Wadden Sea island of Schiermonnikoog or visit the seal centre Pieterburen. You can feast your eyes on the port of Lauwersoog and for shopping, head to Dokkum, just 12 kilometres from Lauwersoog, or Groningen about 40 kilometres from Lauwersoog.

Layout
The modern living room has a sitting area with a corner sofa, two armchairs and a television. The windows give you a view of the particularly beautiful garden. In the dining area you will find a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, filter coffee machine and an induction hob. There are three bedrooms in the house: two bedrooms have a double bed, the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and a toilet. Outside you have a beautiful garden that is fully fenced, at your disposal, with a pond and lots of greenery. The large terrace offers you plenty of space and is equipped with garden furniture. There is an electric awning for the hot days. You can park two cars in a row in the driveway.

Surroundings
In the beautiful natural surroundings of the Lauwersmeer National Park, you have many opportunities for water sports, among other things. A day on Schiermonnikoog is also one of the possibilities. Visit seal centre Pieterburen and see how these beautiful animals are taken care of. Not afraid of a little dirt? Then go mudflat hiking in the unique Wadden area and see for yourself what the Wadden Sea looks like without water. For a nice day of shopping, you should visit the beautiful fortified town of Dokkum: here, in addition to a great day of shopping and museum visits, you can also enjoy a delicious meal.
