Holiday home Villa Dvori is situated on a hillside approximately 500 meters as the crow flies from the village of Trviž. The landscaped and green surroundings of the house cover an area of approximately 3500m2. The villa is a complex consisting of three separate units with a pool and landscaped surroundings:
• Teran Apartment: Basement - game room; Ground floor - bedroom + kitchen with dining area and double bed + bathroom with shower
• Muscat Apartment: Ground floor - bathroom with shower + large living room with kitchen and dining area; First floor: 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms with bathtub
• Pinot Apartment: Ground floor - bedroom + kitchen with dining area and double bed + bathroom with bathtub + separate toilet

There is 1 large kitchen with a dining table for 12 people in the Muscat Apartment on the ground floor, as well as 2 small auxiliary kitchens in the Teran and Pinot Apartments. Each kitchen is equipped with 3 stoves, 3 refrigerators, and 3 dishwashers.
The living room is approximately 40m2 with a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, and an integrated kitchen and dining area, located on the ground floor in Apartment II.
Equipment includes Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, coffee makers, toasters, electric kettles, a music system, a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes drying rack, and an outdoor barbecue.
The game room offers various activities such as table tennis, billiards, darts, and a Play Station, along with 2 sofa beds for relaxation.
There are 10 sun loungers available for sunbathing. Pets are allowed but not on the beds.
The villa is intended for families with children.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. The host welcomes guests and hands over the keys.

Family Villa Dvori is located near the village of Trviž in the interior of Istria, about 8 km northwest of Pazin on a hill and is another example of the specific small towns in our central region of Istria. Due to its urban core and its radial street layout, it was declared a protected cultural heritage site as a cultural-historical unit. The fortifications in the surroundings indicate that the area was inhabited in prehistoric times, and the first written mention dates back to 1177 when it belonged to the Bishop of Poreč. Since the 14th century, it belonged to the Pazinska knežija as an important point on the border with Motovun, which until the beginning of the 17th century was often the scene of border conflicts. The settlement was not surrounded by walls, but in its center stood a massive defensive tower. On the southwest side on the old cemetery is the church of St. Peter, which dates back to the 11th century but has been rebuilt several times and acquired its present form in the 19th century. The church has a wooden altar from the 17th century painted in beautiful vivid colors, a work of a provincial workshop. The walls bear remnants of frescoes and a Glagolitic inscription. During conservation work in 2004, a Gothic tabernacle was discovered in the sanctuary. At the entrance to the village, at 357 meters above sea level, you will be greeted by the parish church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Holy Rosary, built in 1897. The church is dominated by a 35-meter high bell tower built in 1896. In the three-nave parish church, there is a painting of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Holy Rosary on the main altar, and on the side altars are representations of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and St. Joseph. The choir is adorned with organs from 1911. Today, the parish of Trviž also includes the villages of: Katun Trviški, Brajkovići, Buići, Zovići, Frankovići, Škrapi, and Šipraki with about 800 inhabitants. This area is known for the development of small businesses, with a large number of entrepreneurs and craftsmen. Nearby are tourist offerings of Poreč, Novigrad, Umag, and other coastal towns as well as Pazin and Motovun in the interior of Istria with a wide range of sports, excursion, culinary, and wine activities. The nearest airports are Ronchi Trieste and Pula.
