CASA MADDALENA Penia is in the municipality of Canazei, in Val di Fassa, close to Avisio stream.
Located at a altitude of 1555 m above sea level, the small town of Penia, with a parish church, is directly connected to the hamlet of Alba and its nearby ski resorts.
The village is a well-known holiday resort both in winter and in summer, many trails start from the center providing access to Marmolada, Monzoni and Sella group.
Penia is an official stopover place along the famous Via Alpina, a path that runs from east to west across the mountain range of the Alps.
The condominium is located about 1000 meters from the Ciampac and Col de Rossi cable cars.
The ski bus stop is 400 meters away and the center of Alba is about 1200 meters, with all the services of pizzerias and shops with winter and summer equipment rental.

Onverwarmd bij aankomst. We waren met 4. Erg weinig bestek voor 8 personen. Matige wifi.
Geen elektriciteit bij aankomst en een telefoonnummer waarachter een antwoordapparaat. Via, via na 1 1/2 opgelost.
