The area around Zuidzande is a delight for nature lovers. In Het Zwin you will find special birds, plants and butterflies. But you will also experience the ultimate nature experience in the Verdronken Zwarte Polder. There is much to do in the vicinity of Zuidzande: cycle through characteristic small villages where you can enjoy the sea, sand and terraces. In the village, visit Atelier de Test where you can see and buy exceptional works by potters, craftsmen and artists. You can also buy flour at the beautiful mill in the village that has been turning its sails since 1874. Zuidzande is an ideal place for nature lovers, cyclists and people who like a quiet vacation spot.
