Unique home in a unique location.
This house for 14 people is a stone's throw from the beach of Domburg and yet just a few minutes walk from the city centre.
The sea view from the balconies is amazing! The building originally consisted of two mirrored houses.
These have been merged into one house over the years.
The upper floor still consists of two separate sections, perfect for two families. Through the entrance door, you enter the hallway of the house with a toilet.
The dining room with an open kitchen invites you to a cozy gathering.
The large dining table accommodates everyone, and from the dining room, you step into the backyard.
Here, you can fully enjoy privacy.
In the kitchen, all comforts are available to prepare a tasteful meal, including a refrigerator with freezer, gas stove with oven, and a filter coffee machine and Nespresso.
Of course, a dishwasher is also present, and a second refrigerator with a large freezer can be found in the storage room.
There are also two large living rooms with French doors that provide access to the spacious garden in front of the house. On the first floor on the left wing, there are four bedrooms.
A master bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with single beds each, and a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed.
All beds have separate mattresses and single duvets.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet here. In the right wing on the first floor, there are four bedrooms as well.

In the front, there is a large garden where you can play.
At the back, there is a lovely sheltered terrace. A beautiful house for a delightful family vacation. Particularities • Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups, friend groups (up to 30 year) and friend groups (from 30 years) are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 23 years. • If your departure day is on a Sunday, you can check out till 18:00 • When you rent this holiday home, you can use an included beach cabin in the summer months, dogs are not allowed on this beach. • Your car (or cars) must be parked within the gates of the yard.
It is not allowed to park the car on the grass. • There might be construction work in the nearby area on weekdays.
This has already been taken into account in the pricing. Surroundings Domburg is a cosy beach village with several restaurants, beach pavilions and terraces.
It is also known for its clean beaches and has all the amenities you need for a wonderful beach holiday.
Besides swimming, hiking, cycling, supping, surfing and kite flying, there are many other things to do in the area.
For example, visit Museum Marie Tak van Poortvliet, Kasteel Westhove or Deltapark Neeltje Jans for fun excursions.
Places like Veere and Zoutelande are definitely worth a visit, beautiful Walcheren towns where you can fully enjoy the old houses and characteristic farms.
Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then go to pleasant Middelburg or Vlissingen.

Ligging is uitstekend en dicht bij duinen en zee.
Beneden 1 ruime eettafel voor 14 en wat vooral aangenaam was waren de 2 afzonderlijke zithoeken,/leefruimtes waardoor kinderen konden knutselen, lezen enz.

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, hat einen schönen ersten Eindruck vermittelt. Bei der Einrichtung lagen leider einige Schäden vor, was dem Reinigungsteam offensichtlich entgangen war.
Trotzdem überwiegt der positive Gesamteindruck. Eigentlich wollen wir es wieder buchen, allerdings kostet es nun 50% mehr- das ist leider kein gerechtfertigter Preis

Mit insgesamt 13 Personen durften wir eine unvergessliche Zeit in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus in Domburg verbringen – in absolut perfekter Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Schon beim Ankommen spürt man, dass dieses Haus etwas ganz Besonderes ist: Es ist liebevoll gestaltet, strahlt Wärme aus und lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein.
