The apartment is a 13-minute walk from La Spezia Central Station and 18 minutes by public transport from Porto Mirabello and La Spezia Cruise Terminal.

The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, in the area there are pharmacies, washer-dryers, mini-markets, pizzerias and restaurants and a convenient green area. In a few minutes you can walk to the Sanctuary of St. Anthony of Padua and its cool park.

- From Pisa-San Giusto airport, you can reach the property in 57 minutes by car (85 km). Alternatively, you can take the Pisa Mover shuttle service from the airport to Pisa station, from where you can take the regional train to La Spezia Centrale station. Afterwards, you have to take bus 3 to the "Caran" stop, about a 1-minute walk from the property.


- The neighborhood is well covered by public transport, the bus stop is 200 meters from the apartment, with which you can reach the city center or the characteristic seaside villages. The station is only a 13-minute walk from the apartment, while the city center is about 30 minutes away from the station.


- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for free on the street (NOT bookable and NOT guaranteed).
