The house is equipped with every comfort, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, TV, WiFi, private parking.
Ideal opportunity to explore Lerici and all the beauties of the 5Terre! The space The apartment of approximately 65 m2 is located on the first floor of a lovely building WITHOUT a lift.
To access the apartment you need to take the stairs. The apartment is composed as follows: -BEDROOM I with a queen bed and a wardrobe. - BEDROOM II with a bunk bed, wardrobe and a desk. -LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table with chairs, an armchair -KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, moka, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils; -BATHROOM I with sink, shower, bidet, toilet. -BATHROOM II with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet - Outdoor DINING AREA in the garden with umbrella, table and chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited WiFi, TV (web TV only, no digital terrestrial), 2 fans, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C. CITRA- LIGURIA REGION: 011016-LT-1010 Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode.

Tax amount € 1.50 for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights per person.
