Welcome to this sunny holiday home for two to four people on the Zeeland coast.
Situated on a main road, this holiday home is located on a working arable farm with fantastic views of the dunes and fields.
The beach and the town center of Zoutelande are approximately 1.5 km away.
Zoutelande is one of the coastal towns in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine and a south-facing beach.
Because of this, Zoutelande is also known as the Zeeland Riviera.
From the beach, you can watch the boats sail by.
The town center offers cozy terraces, restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, several charming boutiques, and other specialty shops.
Everything is nearby. The cozy living room features a tiled floor, a lounge sofa, and two armchairs.
The spacious dining table is located in the open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, gas cooktop, combination microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, and kettle.
There is one bedroom with a double bed with two separate mattresses and two duvets.
The bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, heated towel rail, and toilet.
The living room sofa is a sofa bed, suitable for the third and fourth person.
Pets are also welcome. The living room opens onto the spacious, enclosed terrace.
Prefer to stay home? The south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the Zeeland sun all day long.

Bicycles can be safely stored in the shed, and there's also a charging station for electric bikes.
Parking is available next to the house in the private parking space. Due Aussstattung war sehr gut und die schöne Umgebiung lud zum Spaziergang ein,was auch unsererHündin gut gefiel. Natürlich auch die Strandnähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut.
Allein allem ein sehr erholsamer und wunderbarer Urlaub .Gerne wieder !!!
