Nice apartment that accommodates up to 4 people, completely renovated and furnished in a contemporary style. The accommodation is located just 5 meters from the beach, in a well-served semi-central area, which offers all the necessary comforts, with pharmacy, post office, supermarket and other shops a short distance away. In 10 minutes by car or 15 by public transport you can easily reach the historic center and the ferry port with connections to the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Ischia.


The 38 sqm accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor of a condominium building (there is a small flight of 5 steps to access it) and is made up as follows
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka and traditional oven

- Living area with double sofa bed, dining table and split A/C

- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and split A/C

- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box.


Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating via split, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows

EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,

EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.

It is not possible to check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.

All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

The apartment is located in Torrione, a semi-central district, just 5 from Torrione Station and 20 from Central Station, in an area full of all the comforts you need during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars.

Reaching the center by public transport or by car, it is possible to admire the still intact medieval historic center, numerous churches, stroll along the seafront and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main commercial street of the city. Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Cathedral of Salerno and its crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets in Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, a suggestive and ancient road that crosses the whole old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.

The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events during the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in the month of April and the renowned event "Luci d'Artista" in the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden.

Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, absolutely not to be missed is the Arechi Castle which overlooks the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.

- From Salerno Centrale station: with bus line 012 to the "Garibaldi Barrella" stop 120 meters from the accommodation.


- By car: street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Lory garage, in Via Domenico Vietri 15, 600 meters from the accommodation.
